Frequently asked questions about accommodation

How can I book?

You can make your reservations through our online system or find us on Booking. After confirming your reservation, we will send you all the information by email. When you book with us, you will find better prices and more favorable conditions.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Reservations can be modified or cancelled according to the terms of your chosen package. Details and any fees will be included in your booking confirmation.

How do I log in?

With our modern access control system, you can check in at any time using the unique code you received during your booking and our application, ensuring complete freedom for your arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can reserve the rooms from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and please vacate by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Thanks to the automatic check-in and check-out, you can manage these tasks flexibly.

What amenities can I expect in the rooms?

All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a large-screen smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, a hairdryer and basic bathroom amenities.

Do the apartments accept pets?

Yes, our accommodation is pet-friendly. Small dogs and cats are welcome, with water, a food bowl and treats provided. Please bring your pet's bed with you.

Pet policy

We welcome our four-legged guests, but please adhere to the following rules:
– Prior consultation is required: Please inform us in advance if you are arriving with a pet.
– Cleanliness and hygiene: Keeping the apartment clean is of utmost importance, please make sure that your pet does not cause damage or dirt.
– Supervision: Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment for an extended period of time.
– Furniture use: Beds and sofas are for human comfort - please provide your own bed for your pet.
– Common spaces: Please keep your pet on a leash in the common areas and in the yard.
– Responsibility: The owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

Ciao Eger Apartments are pet-friendly. Small dogs and cats are allowed upon prior notice from our guests. The accommodation charges an extra fee for pets, which is as follows: 10,000 HUF / night

In the courtyard of the accommodation you will find the Quasi Pizzeria, where you can enjoy authentic Italian pizzas, and the Bíboros Bar, where you can enjoy pleasant drinks and atmosphere. In addition, many restaurants and cafes in the city center are also easily accessible.

How close is Dobó Square?

The apartments are located just a 2-minute walk from Dobó Square, so the accommodation is located in the heart of Eger's historic city center.

What programs do we have?
